Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise project sites and ensure timely arrival and proper use of trucks and machines.
• Monitor and verify operators' and drivers' overtime across all departments.
• Communicate with fleet users to ensure timely service delivery and support training for new staff.
• Coordinate with the Workshop for timely servicing and follow-up on vehicle and machine breakdowns.
• Participate in disciplinary hearings to improve operator and driver behavior.
• Handle health and safety issues, including accident and near-miss reporting.
• Ensure vehicles and machines are clean, properly maintained, undergo daily checks, and that all required records are maintained.
• Oversee the performance of subordinates and take responsibility for results.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management, Diploma in Automobile, or any other related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven working experience.
