Background

Songwe Regional Referral Hospital is one of the Regional Referral Hospitals under the Ministry of Health, established in 2018 and governed by the 2018 Guidelines for the Operation of Regional Referral Hospitals. The hospital is located in Songwe Region, Mbozi District, Hasamba Ward. The hospital is in the Nsenya area, four (4) kilometers from the main road.

Responsibilities

To receive and answer issues, questions and requests from customers before, during and after receiving services with the aim of ensuring they are satisfied and their needs are resolved. To participate in providing information required by customers. To answer phone calls and various issues from customers. To receive and submit customer complaints to relevant officers or experts for appropriate action. To keep records of communications and transactions involving customers. To participate in providing education to customers about services provided by Songwe Regional Referral Hospital (Songwe RRH). To perform other duties related to their cadre as directed by the work supervisor.

Qualifications

Applicants should have completed Form Four (IV) or Six (VI) with a Diploma in Entrepreneurship, Customer Service Management, Business Administration majoring in Marketing, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Communications, Journalism, Mass Communications or other fields related to these from a college/colleges recognized by the government. All applicants must be Tanzanian Citizens aged 18 and not exceeding 35 years.

Each Applicant is required to attach a "Curriculum Vitae" with correct address, correct phone numbers, and names of two referees (Government servants) and their phone numbers which are reachable. Letters from two referees with their correct addresses and phone numbers. Should have relevant academic certificates, Testimonial "provisional results", "statement of results", Form Four result slips ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Applicants who studied outside the country should ensure their certificates are verified and approved by TCU or NACTE. Applicants should attach copies of the following certificates certified by a Lawyer: Birth certificate. Form Four education completion certificate. Form Six education completion certificate for those who completed. Academic certificate. 1 Passport photo. License from relevant councils. Each applicant should attach a copy of the NIDA ID or NIDA number. Submission of forged information and qualifications; the culprits will be taken to legal action.
