Background

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Specialist to join our team at our Misugusugu factory. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions while providing support to various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office activities.
  • Coordinate and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests when necessary.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain departmental calendars.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration procedures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be an added advantage.
