JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., TRA).
• Support management with financial analysis for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/ACCA or progress towards certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (experience in trading/manufacturing or building materials industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
