Job Description

• Arrange containers as per the loading schedule and operational requirements.
• Conduct a thorough inspection of containers before loading to ensure they are clean, dry, and fit for use.
• Monitor the use of proper packing materials and supervise the stuffing of cargo into containers.
• Verify and record the weight of cargo before loading.
• Coordinate and ensure fumigation of containers whenever required, in compliance with export regulations.
• Verify and record the gross weight of the stuffed container.
• Ensure proper sealing of containers and maintain accurate seal records.
• Prepare accurate tally reports for all loaded containers and submit daily loading reports to the concerned department.

Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)

Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
