Workshop Mechanical Supervisor

Skilled and experienced Workshop Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, leadership skills, and experience in the transport and logistics sector. This role involves overseeing mechanical operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in the workshop, and managing a team of mechanics.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge with relevant certification (e.g., certificate /Diploma in Mechanical field, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical role, preferably within the transport and logistics industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in mechanical tools and equipment.
