JOB DETAILS:
Mi Casa Lounge
Waitress / Waiter
Reports to: Supervisor / FB Manager
Role Summary:
Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Upsell specials, beverages, and desserts.
- Prepare tables (setups, condiments, cleanliness) before and after guests.
- Process payments and handle cash/electronic transactions.
- Address guest requests and escalate complaints to supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ year serving experience in restaurant/cafe.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Neat appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for billing and change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours: 8
