Job description

The Waiter will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Clear and reset tables as required.
• Work closely with the kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• A certificate in Hospitality or a related field is an added advantage.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or customer service environment.
