Vocational Instructor – Information Communication Technology (ICT)

Job Description

The Vocational Instructor – ICT will deliver competency-based training in computer applications, networking, digital literacy, and information technology while preparing trainees for modern workplace demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach practical and theoretical ICT courses.
• Conduct computer laboratory sessions.
• Develop lesson plans and learning materials.
• Assess trainee competencies and maintain records.
• Support maintenance of computer laboratories and equipment.
• Introduce trainees to current ICT tools and technologies.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and digital best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum NVA Level 3 in Information Communication Technology from a VETA institution.
• Vocational Teachers Training Certificate (VTTC).
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills and fluency in English.
• Good instructional and communication abilities.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24
