Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

The Videographer & Photographer will lead visual content creation for Mkumbi Investment Company Ltd. The role involves capturing high-quality media at property sites, producing promotional video content for real estate campaigns, and managing media assets to drive marketing efforts across digital channels.

Media Production & Editing:

Shoot and edit professional photos and videos of land plots, farm properties, corporate events, and client handovers.

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

Design promotional graphics, social media banners, and marketing materials aligned with real estate sales goals.

Site Visits & Field Mobility:

Travel to plot project locations and farm sites in and around Dar es Salaam to conduct on-site photo and video shoots.

Equipment & Production Management:

Manage, maintain, and safeguard production gear (cameras, lighting, audio equipment, lenses, and accessories).

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Minimum Form Four / O-Level Certificate; higher diplomas or certificates in media production/graphic design are advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of practical experience in photography, video shooting, and video editing.

Age Requirement:

Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years old.

Driving License:

Valid driving license is mandatory.

Technical Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and photo editing/graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and visual storytelling techniques.
