Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, & manage animal diseases, injuries, & health conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures & provide emergency veterinary care when required.
• Make sound clinical decisions & develop appropriate treatment & disease control plans.
• Manage reproductive health programs, including breeding, fertility, pregnancy diagnosis, & obstetrical care.
• Interpret laboratory test results & recommend appropriate medical interventions.
• Ensure compliance with animal welfare standards, biosecurity protocols, & veterinary best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records & prepare veterinary reports.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in dairy farm operations.
• Strong knowledge of disease diagnosis, preventive healthcare, biosecurity, biosecurity, animal welfare & reproductive management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, & record management skills.
• High level of professionalism, & commitment to veterinary ethics, occupational safety, & continuous professional development.
