Niajiri Platform Ltd is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Trip Coordinator Assistant (French Speaking) to join its Operations team in Arusha.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for travel, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to communicate with French-speaking guests while supporting the smooth execution of safari operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating confirmed bookings from the reservation stage through trip completion.
  • Communicate with French-speaking guests, travel agents, and suppliers to provide timely assistance and updates.
  • Prepare and update travel itineraries, vouchers, and operational documents.
  • Coordinate accommodation, transportation, domestic flights, park permits, and activities with suppliers.
  • Ensure all supplier confirmations, park fees, and travel services are completed before guests arrive.
  • Liaise with guides, drivers, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to ensure smooth trip execution.
  • Support the Trip Coordinator in managing guest requests, itinerary changes, and operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and update the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) and operational systems.
  • Monitor daily operations and promptly communicate any issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Collect guest feedback and assist in improving service delivery.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • One to three years of experience in tourism, hospitality, travel operations, or customer service.
  • Basic to intermediate French-language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience using booking or CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Tanzanian tourism destinations, safari logistics, and park operations is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
