Job Purpose

To oversee the effective management of theatre and IVF operations by ensuring quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and efficient coordination of clinical teams and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the theatre and IVF units.
• Coordinate clinical teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage theatre and IVF equipment, supplies, and resources.
• Monitor service quality, patient experience, and clinical outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate departmental staff.
• Coordinate theatre schedules and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate operational reports and performance records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related healthcare field.
• Relevant professional registration and valid practising license.
• Experience managing theatre and/or IVF operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality and safety standards.
• Certificate of Good Conduct.
