Position Overview

The Territory Brand Lead (TBL) is responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and monitoring market trends within an assigned territory. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, customer engagement, and performance reporting to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Solve customers’ issues and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to align strategies and meet company goals.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Compensation

  • This position offers a retainer with the majority of compensation being commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be able to speak English and Kiswahili fluently.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, especially MS Word, Excel, and experienced with online meetings.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills
