Background

Ten Ventures Africa is seeking a highly organized and compliance-driven Tender Officer to support our procurement and tender management processes.

Key Requirements (Must be clearly indicated in the CV)

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with the Tanzania NEST Procurement System (this is mandatory).
• Strong understanding of procurement compliance, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent public relations skills, particularly in dealing with government officials and regulatory bodies.
• High attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and strong communication skills.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
