Description

  • Enter and maintain accurate records of GPS device installations in the company’s tracking database and management systems.
  • Register newly installed GPS devices and link them to the correct vehicles, customers, and user accounts.
  • Update vehicle information, device serial numbers, SIM card details, installation dates, and related records.
  • Verify installation data received from GPS Technicians for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies, missing information, or duplicate records.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on GPS installations, activations, maintenance activities, and inventory usage.
  • Coordinate with GPS Technicians to obtain installation reports and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in activating devices and confirming successful registration on the GPS tracking platform.
  • Maintain records of GPS inventory, including devices, SIM cards,accessories, and assigned equipment.
  • Support customer service and operations teams by providing accurate tracking and installation information when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer, vehicle, and company data.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to fleet tracking operations.

Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Office Administration, Records Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, records management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, or technical databases is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database management systems and online platforms.
