Experience with U.S. Government or other major donor-funded health programmes and an understanding of donor performance, reporting, and compliance requirements. Experience managing project milestones, technical deliverables, and performance-linked results is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams and work effectively across technical, programmatic, MERL, finance, and operational functions.
