JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
This is a unique role that combines support with rapid development. You are responsible for debugging critical issues AND building quick "Minimum Viable Product" (MVP) experiments to validate new ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tier 2/3 Technical Support: Debug complex issues reported by CS.
- Build rapid prototypes (MVPs) to test new product hypotheses with users.
- Write scripts to fix data inconsistencies in production.
- Automate manual support processes.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to validate features before full-scale development.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Development or Technical Support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to ship code quickly (even if "hacky") for validation.
- Stack: Full-stack (React/Node) or (Python/JS).
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
