Position Overview

The Systems Engineer Trainee will work closely with the technical and innovation teams to assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining ICT systems and infrastructure for clients. This role offers hands-on experience in networking, servers, cloud systems, and software integration projects carried out by Sihebs Technologies.

Ideal for recent graduates or final-year students with a passion for systems engineering, networking, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IP-based systems.
• Support the installation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP systems).
• Participate in the deployment of call center and CRM solutions (e.g., Yeastar, EspoCRM, Odoo).
• Help document system configurations, network diagrams, and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers in system testing and performance monitoring.
• Learn and apply principles of cybersecurity, server management, and network optimization.
• Provide technical support to clients under supervision.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to Sihebs’ products and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routing, switching).
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or local VPS).
• Understanding of firewalls and security configurations.
• Strong interest in ICT infrastructure, system design, and automation.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
