JOB DETAILS:
This role bridges communication gaps in a diverse workplace. Responsibilities include assisting Chinese managers with employee management by accurately translating work instructions, coordinating communication between engineers and local workers, translating Chinese documents and reports, fostering cultural understanding to reduce conflicts, and supporting project progress management for accurate information transmission.
Requirements:
- Relevant language certificates
- Proficiency in Chinese listening and speaking
- Over 1 year of professional translation experience preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to manufacturing industry translation needs
- Strong team spirit and effective communication skills
