Job Responsibilities

The Sustainability & Business Development Manager will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at achieving our strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Ensure the delivery of Net Zero and ESG strategies stays on schedule, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Proactively identify and engage potential clients, expanding our market reach and customer base.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
• Lead the development of winning proposals and RFP responses, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and the voluntary carbon market.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and a track record of successful business development/sales in the B2B space.
