Fabec Investment Limited is associated with engineering and mining-related operations, including aggregate screening and crushing. The company is seeking a qualified Supervisor to oversee shift operations at its GGM site in Geita Region, Tanzania.

Number of Positions: 1
Work Schedule: Two-shift rotation (day and night)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise operators, mechanics, and general workers during assigned shifts.
- Plan daily tasks and coordinate shift activities to support operational efficiency.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and procedures.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate relevant operational information.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- A diploma in engineering, mining, or a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of experience in mining or crushing operations, including experience in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills for preparing reports and maintaining operational records.
- Ability to supervise teams and coordinate shift activities effectively.

Level of Education: associate degree
