Responsibilities or duties
- Participate in coordinating trial preparation, implementation, and dissemination.
- Lead participant recruitment, administration of study interventions, and assessment of study outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities to promote study uptake and maintain high participant retention.
Qualifications or requirements
- Medical degree and a good Master's degree in Epidemiology, Clinical Trials, Public Health, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated experience publishing scientific work, including at least two quantitative research articles resulting from a Master's degree or other scientific work.
- Demonstrated experience presenting research findings to stakeholders and scientific platforms.
- Demonstrated commitment to scientific excellence, efficiency, innovation, and teamwork.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Highly motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
Experience needed
- Experience coordinating clinical trials with a proven record of achieving recruitment targets and maintaining high retention rates.
- At least two years of experience in health research.
