Responsibilities or duties

  • Participate in coordinating trial preparation, implementation, and dissemination.
  • Lead participant recruitment, administration of study interventions, and assessment of study outcomes.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities to promote study uptake and maintain high participant retention.

Qualifications or requirements 

  • Medical degree and a good Master's degree in Epidemiology, Clinical Trials, Public Health, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Demonstrated experience publishing scientific work, including at least two quantitative research articles resulting from a Master's degree or other scientific work.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting research findings to stakeholders and scientific platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to scientific excellence, efficiency, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.

Experience needed

  • Experience coordinating clinical trials with a proven record of achieving recruitment targets and maintaining high retention rates.
  • At least two years of experience in health research.
