Yas Tanzania is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join their team in Dar es Salaam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence and customer satisfaction of the store.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all store operations to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and service consistency.
• Champion exceptional customer experience by ensuring delivery of high-quality service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams to enhance performance, productivity, and employee engagement. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, customer focus, and continuous learning across all staff.
• Champion customer-centric operational practices by identifying service gaps, improving process outcomes, and ensuring back-office activities consistently support superior customer experiences.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective execution of commercial plans, promotions, and business development activities.
• Oversee inventory and asset management to ensure optimal stock availability, accuracy, and replenishment.
• Ensure sound financial governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across store operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/ICT/Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams.
