Job Summary:

The Sound Engineer is responsible for all aspects of audio production for the exhibition. This includes setting up, operating, and maintaining sound equipment for live performances, speeches, and pre-recorded content to ensure the highest quality sound experience .

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and test microphones, mixing consoles, speakers, and other sound equipment.
• Mix and balance audio levels for live and recorded events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve audio issues in real-time.
• Oversee the sound crew and train board operators as needed.
• Maintain and repair sound equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
• Manage all audio assets for the exhibition, including pre-show music and announcements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive experience as a sound engineer for live events or concerts.
• In-depth knowledge of audio equipment, signal flow, and mixing techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Strong knowledge of digital and analog consoles and audio software (e.g., qLab).
