The Social and Environmental Investment Intern will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of community development and environmental investment initiatives. The Intern will be directly involved in supporting key initiatives related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Government Relations, and National Content. In this role, the Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in the areas of community engagement, policy advocacy, and fostering relationships with government bodies, local stakeholders, and national partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the SEI/CSR team in coordinating field activities related to community development initiatives.
- Support tracking of SEI/CSR project progress and implementation status.
- Assist with field monitoring of SEI/CSR projects under supervision.
- Support data collection activities and assist in maintaining SEI/CSR project databases.
- Contribute to the preparation of project reports, documentation, and supporting materials.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for community engagements, meetings, and project activities.
- Support engagement with contractors, partners, and beneficiary communities as directed.
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation processes, including collection and organization of project data.
- Ensure proper record‑keeping and filing of SEI/CSR project activities and documentation.

- Currently pursuing a degree with a discipline in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering a related field.
- Strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, Government Relations, and National Content development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
