A passionate and experienced facilitator with strong knowledge of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in educational settings.
A highly engaging trainer who can conduct practical, interactive, and competency-based learning sessions suitable for school staff.

A professional with the ability to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment during training sessions.
An individual with strong facilitation, presentation, and group management skills.
Key Training Areas:
The facilitator should demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
- Introduction to Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in Schools
- Self-Awareness and Emotional Regulation
- Building Positive Teacher–Student Relationships
- Positive Discipline and Classroom Behavior Management
- Creating Safe and Inclusive Learning Environments
- Conflict Resolution and Social Skills Development
- Integrating SEL into Teaching and Learning
- Teacher Wellbeing and Professional Emotional Competence
What we’re looking for
- A facilitator with proven experience conducting SEL or related trainings in schools or educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of competency-based and participatory learning pedagogies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to deliver practical and context-relevant training content that supports teacher development and student wellbeing.
- Experience working with English medium school Across east Africa for not less than 5 years will be an added advantage.
