We are seeking an organized, target-driven, and highly professional Shop Manager to oversee retail and cafe floor operations, maintain world-class quality standards, and ensure a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail and cafe store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high visual presentation standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise shop floor staff to deliver fast, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Manage product inventory, monitor stock levels, coordinate reordering, and minimize shrinkage or waste.
• Handle daily sales tracking, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to build positive guest relations and brand loyalty.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Shop Manager, Retail Manager, or Cafe Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong inventory control, staff supervision, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Standards: Solid understanding of international retail/hospitality operational standards and customer care.
