Senior Sous Chef
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to assist in leading kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate workflow.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in professional kitchen operations.
- Proven leadership and kitchen management experience.
- Strong knowledge of menu planning and food cost management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
