JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties,
- To lead and optimize multi-department operations across a large or complex site, driving strategic initiatives, cross-site coordination, and long-term performance improvement.
- Set site strategy aligned with corporate goals (capacity expansion, automation, sustainability).
- Oversee multiple managers (Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, HSE).
- Manage capital projects (equipment upgrades, new lines) and approve expenditures.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence and zero harm.
- Liaise with sales, supply chain, and finance for monthly S&OP reviews.
- Develop succession plans and leadership training for site personnel.
- Benchmark site performance against industry standards and implement best practices.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills),
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred.
Experience needed,
12+ years in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years as a Site Manager in a medium-to-large facility (100+ employees).
Competencies:
- Change management and stakeholder influence.
- Advanced data analytics and digitalization (MES, BI dashboards).
- High resilience under pressure.
