Job Purpose

The Senior Recruitment Officer manages the recruitment process for internal and client vacancies. The role ensures qualified candidates are hired on time, supports the recruitment team, maintains good client relationships, and follows company policies and labour laws.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director, Head of Human Resources, or other authorized supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment assignments.
• Experience supervising or leading recruitment teams is highly desirable.
• Experience working in recruitment agencies, outsourcing firms, or consulting environments will be an added advantage.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
