Senior Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all guests and visitors professionally.
- Manage daily front office operations and supervise reception staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and requests with prompt resolution.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, bookings and guest reservations.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the property management system.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and related administrative records
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing or related field.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years in a front office or receptionist role (hotel/hospitality preferred).
- Knowledge of basic accounting or customer account management will be an added advantage.
Language
- Fluent in English – MANDATORY. Other languages – Added Advantage.
Remuneration
- Competitive remuneration depending on experience
