JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and mature Senior Nurse (aged 45+) to provide clinical leadership and expert care within our facility. This role involves not only delivering high-standard nursing care but also mentoring junior staff and contributing to the improvement of nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, complex patient care and clinical oversight.
- Act as a role model and clinical leader for the nursing team.
- Mentor, coach, and support junior nurses and nursing students.
- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinical officers, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
- Handle patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid and current nursing license.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on clinical nursing experience.
- Proven strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism and emotional resilience.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
