JOB DETAILS:
As a Principal Compliance Officer I in the Risk Management and Compliance Department, reporting to the Chief Manager Compliance, this role ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. Responsibilities include developing compliance programs, conducting audits, providing training, and managing the bank’s Risk Register and Compliance Dashboard. The role also involves liaising with regulatory bodies and fostering a culture of ethical conduct. Candidates need a Master’s degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration (Accounting or Finance), Risk Management, Agricultural Economics, Insurance, Marketing, Statistics, or equivalent, with 16 years of experience.
