Responsibilities or duties

• Ensuring smooth running of branch operations.
• Provide overall direction of the team targets/budget.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor daily repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers.
• Ensure the team follows a clear direction and motivate the team towards greater productivity.
• Ensure high ethical standards are maintained.

Qualifications or requirements 

• Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Experience needed

• At least 2 years' experience in sales and marketing.
• Ability to coach, lead and manage a team.
• Good customer care skills.
• Possess analytical, good communication and reporting skills.
• Good problem analysis and solving skills.
