Senior Declaration Officer

Industry: Logistics & Customs Clearing

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations in compliance with TRA regulations and timelines
• Ensure correct HS Codes, tariff classification, valuation, and timely payment of duties and taxes
• Coordinate with TRA, shipping lines, port authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo clearance
• Resolve clearance issues, disputes, permits, and bond cancellations efficiently
• Maintain accurate records, system entries, and reports using Fresa and related systems

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of customs clearance procedures and documentation
• Strong knowledge of HS Codes, tariff classification, valuation, and permits
• Hands-on experience using Fresa for shipment tracking, cost entries, and reporting
• Familiarity with TRA systems, DP World, and TPA Terminal II systems
