WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversees Petty Cash App maintenance across Tanzania.
  • • Ensures the bonus calculation process runs smoothly.
  • • Supervises the HR App and related processes.
  • • Must be able to use SQL to pull data for ad-hoc requests.
  • • Conduct data cleaning and prepare datasets for analysis.
  • • Perform data merging to consolidate multiple data sources into comprehensive datasets.
  • • Implement data quality control measures to identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • • Create reports and visualizations.
  • • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
  • • Develop and maintain automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • • Any other work-related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • • Must have a Degree in statistics or analytics or any other relevant related field.
  • • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • • Must be Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
  • • Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • • Must have excellent analytical skills.
  • • Must be Fluent in English and Swahili both verbally and written
