We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect with a specialized focus on large-scale infrastructure and aviation design. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between creative architectural vision and the technical rigors of civil engineering within an airport environment.The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of critical airport facilities, ensuring that functional efficiency meets aesthetic excellence while adhering to stringent international aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Lead the development of comprehensive architectural designs for airport terminals, hangars, control towers, or related infrastructure.
• Technical Integration: Work closely with civil and structural engineers to ensure architectural concepts are structurally sound and integrate seamlessly with complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs comply with ICAO/FAA standards, local building codes, and aviation security protocols.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary architectural contact for clients, aviation authorities, and contractors, translating operational requirements into spatial solutions.
• Project Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design fidelity, and resolve architectural issues arising during the construction phase.
• Material Selection: Specify high-durability, sustainable materials suitable for high-traffic public environments and extreme outdoor conditions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Arch) in Architecture from an accredited university. Professional registration with a recognized national board of architects is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in architectural design and project management.
• Must have served as a Civil/Lead Architect on at least one airport construction or expansion project within the last 10 years.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit), AutoCAD, and 3D modeling/rendering tools (Rhino, V-Ray, or Enscape).
