Position Summary

Senior Accountant will play a central role in strengthening financial controls, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full accounting function, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators
• Support management with financial insights to guide operational and investment decisions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is required
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or agribusiness
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and taxation
• Proven experience in financial controls, audit coordination, and performance reporting
• High level of integrity, analytical capability, and attention to detail
