• Access Control: Monitor entry points, check identification for age verification, and ensure only authorized guests enter the venue.
• Guest Safety: Patrol the venue (dance floor, seating areas, restrooms, parking lot) to prevent disturbances and maintain order.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to altercations, disruptive behavior, emergencies, or medical incidents, and de-escalate situations professionally.
• Crowd Management: Monitor crowd flow and manage capacity to prevent overcrowding and ensure guest safety.
• Bag Checks and Security Screening: Conduct bag checks and security screening at entry points as per club policy.
• Cash Handling Security: Monitor and escort cash-handling staff during cash pickups or deliveries.
• Report Writing: Prepare accurate incident reports for management and coordinate with the police when necessary.
• Collaborate with Management: Communicate with the Manager and Supervisors regarding security concerns or risks.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all guests and staff comply with club rules and licensing conditions (e.g., age limits, dress code, alcohol service).
