Security Manager
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in security operations, supervision, or management.
- Prior experience serving in the Tanzania Police Force, Tanzania People's Defence Force (TPDF), or another recognized disciplined force is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing security teams and contracted security service providers.
- Strong knowledge of incident response, crisis management, and emergency procedures.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
- Valid driving licence and ability to work effectively in remote or rural operational environments.
