JOB DETAILS:

Section Head & Sales Executive - Vegetable & Fruit (F&V)

• Section Head Focus: Oversee the delicate fresh produce supply chain. Manage grading, sorting, and pricing based on quality. Implement effective merchandising to reduce damage and ensure rapid stock rotation. Closely monitor wastage and shrinkage.
• Sales Executive Focus: Possess knowledge of different varieties of fruits and vegetables. Skillfully handle produce to prevent bruising and damage. Maintain the misting systems and chilled displays for freshness.

• Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
