JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section. You will be responsible for the preparation of all desserts, baked goods, and pastries, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
Responsibilities or duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry section.
- Develop and design new dessert menus and recipes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods and desserts.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies for the section.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- A certificate or higher in Hotel Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

Level of Education: high school
