JOB DETAILS:
- Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate BBQ Specialist to manage the grill and barbecue section. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meats, vegetables, and other items using various barbecue techniques.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the grill/BBQ station.
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain signature BBQ sauces and marinades.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
- Monitor stock levels for the section.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BBQ or Grill cook.
- A certificate or higher in Hotel Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of BBQ techniques and flavor profiles.
