Background
Angela Peace and Love Company Limited (Beauty Group Tanzania) is a company registered under the laws of Tanzania, specializing in selling used clothes, shoes, bags, new shoes, and towels. The company headquarters are in Keko, Dar es Salaam. The company has business branches in Arusha, Mwanza, Kasulu, Zanzibar, Iringa, Mbeya, Songea, Morogoro, Dodoma, Kariakoo, Makambako, and Tanga. Angela Peace and Love invites suitable applicants to apply for the following positions:

1. Job Title: Sales and Marketing Personnel (25)

Key Responsibilities:

(i) Implement sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives and targets
(ii) Meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and results within a set schedule
(iii) Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
(iv) Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences
(v) Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:
(i) A diploma or bachelor's degree from a recognized university
(ii) Strong communication and negotiation skills
(iii) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
(iv) Willingness to work at any branch to which you are assigned

2. Job Title: Assistant Social Media Sales Officer (1)
(Female Only – Dar Es Salaam)

Key Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in managing the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
(ii) Promote products online and engage with customers via social media platforms
(iii) Create and post engaging content, including photos and short videos, to boost sales
(iv) Monitor trends and customer feedback through social media and provide reports
(v) Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sale follow-up online

Qualifications:
(i) A diploma or bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
(ii) Basic knowledge of social media marketing and customer engagement
(iii) Good written communication skills in Swahili and English
(iv) Creativity and basic photo/video editing skills are an added advantage
(v) Willingness to work under minimal supervision and meet daily online sales targets
(vi) This position is open to female applicants only
(v)Applicants must reside in Dar es Salaam or be ready to attend interviews and work in Dar es Salaam

3. Job Title: Storekeeper (5)
Key Responsibilities:
(i) Manage daily operations of the store including receiving, storing, and issuing goods
(ii) Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
(iii) Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with the system
(iv) Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and secure
(v) Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly

Qualifications:
(i) A diploma or bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
(ii) Experience in storekeeping or inventory management is an added advantage
(iii) Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
(iv) Ability to work with minimal supervision
(v) Willingness to work at any branch to which you are assigned

Remuneration And Benefits
Attractive basic salary, commission (where applicable), and allowances.
