Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting business growth within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
