Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the beverage sector.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  4. Conduct regular market visits to monitor and evaluate sales performance.
  5. Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and distribution channels.
  6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
  7. Train, motivate, and coach the sales team to optimize performance.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  4. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  5. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  6. A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
