Inua Hub is excited to announce an opportunity with its partner, Tulivu Hospitality, a fast-growing Tanzanian hospitality and tourism company transforming how people discover stays, safaris, experiences, and local travel.
Tulivu Hospitality is looking for an energetic, creative, and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Associate who is passionate about tourism, hospitality, digital marketing, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting sales, marketing, customer engagement, and hospitality operations. Key duties include:
- Generating sales for accommodation, safaris, experiences, and car rentals.
- Managing customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Visiting partner properties and experiences to capture photos and videos.
- Building relationships with hotels, tour operators, and local businesses.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Helping improve customer experience from inquiry to booking.
- Assisting with day-to-day hospitality operations when needed.
- Collecting customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Passion for tourism, hospitality, travel, or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Confidence in using social media platforms.
- Basic photography or video creation skills, which will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- A self-driven, creative, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Residence in Moshi or willingness to relocate to Moshi.
