Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer experience while contributing to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell company products and solutions to existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identify, develop, and grow new business accounts
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Manage and enhance overall customer experience
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
