Background
TEVI MICROFINANCE COMPANY is a rapidly growing microfinance institution operating in Dar es Salaam for nearly seven (7) years. We are committed to delivering demand-driven financial solutions that support business growth, financial inclusion, and improved economic well-being across the communities we serve.
As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit a highly qualified, motivated, and performance-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our loan portfolio and overall institutional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive car loan sales and customer acquisition
- Identify and onboard qualified vehicle financing clients
- Close deals directly in the field
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and grow a high-quality loan portfolio
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in car financing / asset financing (highly preferred)
- Strong sales track record in microfinance or banking
- Confident, aggressive, and target-driven personality
- Excellent negotiation and client handling skills
- Able to work under pressure and deliver results
- Diploma or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
